I booked the delux room with large bed from agoda for 3 people. After reaching the hotel, they didnot provide a better room. The AC was making irritating sound the whole night. There was a leakage at the ceiling from where water was dropping. No water in the bathroom. If guest complain then they put the water motor. They gave a extra mattress. When I asked them to arrange the mattress the hotel helping hand said that you arrange your bed yourself as I have other important work to finish. The behavior of the staff is really bad. It's better to come directly to kovalam snd book a hotel on the fly as there are ***y hotels around but not registered in any online app.

Awesome experience at hotel sea view place, Very good hotel at affordable price, super clean and super safe hotel recommend for couples. Nice view from balcony and food is superb. There is a restaurant just downstairs and the food is super delicious

I stayed at SVP in February 2023 - first for 4 nights before I went travelling round Kerala and then for another 4 nights on my return. Thay were kind enough to look after my big suitcase while I was away. The location of the hotel is perfect and it offers excellent value for money. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for budget accomodation in Kovalam.

We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the ***ager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably.
The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach.
The breakfast was also great!
Thank you Akhil for your kindness… we will be back after our Ayurvedic treatments!

Well It was my third time yesterday staying at Sea View Palace and I must say they nevel fail to deliver the best of their services. I visit Kerala often, and Kovalam is a favourite location of mine plus what makes the stay even more better is the very close view of the lighthouse from Sea View Palace and its extremely beautiful at night. You can literally watch the sea shimmering at night from the balcony. The beach is very closeby. And the ***agement staffs are very friendly, anytime you call em they respond and will do the needful. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Kovalam. Without any second thoughts you can go ahead. Happy stay ya’ll 🍻

L'emplacement est très bien, face a la plage, entouré de magasins et de restaurants.
Le personnel très sympa et serviable.
Le mur derrière le lit est très salé, pas de papier toilette mais pas non plus de douchette. Draps plein de tâches.
Pour 18€ fait pas non plus s'attendre à un palace.
